You may be asked to sign in with your USC NetID.

Need help?

Signing In

Sign in with your NetID followed by @usc.edu. Your NetID on its own won't work, and you may be asked for the same address more than once.

The sign-in pages are not the Knowledgebase. It opens once you are signed in.

If It Doesn't Work

Can't sign in? If you are already signed in to another Microsoft account, open this page again in a private window. Chrome calls it Incognito.

Forgot your password? You can reset it yourself.

What the Sign-In Looks Like

If you get stuck, this is what each screen looks like. Already signed in? You'll skip all three.

  1. Microsoft Sign in Email, phone, or Skype tommy@usc.edu Can’t access your account? Next
Microsoft asks for your email address. Use your NetID followed by @usc.edu. This screen carries no USC logo, which is normal.
  2. Microsoft Taking you to your organization’s sign-in page Cancel
A brief message appears while USC takes over. There is nothing to do here.
  3. Welcome! Please sign in to continue. Sign-in ID (netid@usc.edu) tommy@usc.edu Password Sign in
USC asks for the same address again, this time with your password. This is the only screen that should ask for it. If another page asks earlier, stop and email creativetech@cinema.usc.edu.
